Crankworx is coming!!!

Summer is here and mountain bikes have taken over Whistler once again. With this years Crankworx festival moved up from August to July I was able to take the job as the official festival photographer covering the events and creating stories and profiles of the people, scenes,and energy that define this great event. I was able to get out and shoot a few photos of the new Red Bull Joyride course designed and created by Paddy Kaye and his crew. The Joyride name is back as it was the original grandfather of freeride mountain bike events including Crankworx almost a decade ago. I guess you could say a few things have changed over the years in the world of mountain biking with Whistler leading the way from the beginning.
